I can't find either registrations or renewals for the film or the screen play/story under either of the titles or the writer's name. Looks PD, but the lack of PD releases suggests that there is a piece to the puzzle that is missing.

It wasn't available on DVD until 2009, and Amazon shows no evidence that it was ever available on VHS tape. Can it be that Alpha Video just hasn't gotten around to adding it to their line?
